How to charter a Private Jet
Chartering a private jet could not be easier with Air Charter Services Inc.
Quotation
Following your flight request, you will be sent a quotation outlining three private jet options, that meet your requirements. This would also include our own recommendations in order to take advantage of any time or financial savings. Your dedicated Account Manager will discuss these options with you and help you choose the right aircraft for you.
Booking
Once you have made a decision on a jet, you will receive a confirmation form to be returned. At Air Charter Services the price our charter consultants quote is the price you pay. No hidden charges.
Your Charter brief
Your Account Manager will put together a Brief, outlining your itinerary and details for the trip: from directions to the terminal - to details of the crew and other services such as the in-flight catering.
Takeoff
Your dedicated Account Manager will follow every step of your journey to ensure everything runs smoothly so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy your flight.
Post flight report
Following your flight, a Report will be sent to you detailing the actual departure and arrival times as well as the in-flight services included. Any comment on how we can improve our service is most welcome.
